Not wanting to risk driving 16 hours round trip to find we didn't like the vehicle, we began looking for a shop local to Memphis to do an inspection and be "our eyes" for us. Great shop. They got my 2017 Kia Niro in sooner than anywhere in town could. They had a diagnosis same day, they couldn't eliminate my problem, due to not having a specific tool kit that they unfortunately don't have at this time, but explained in detail that I had a small leak. They refilled it showed me how to check it and what fluid I needed to refill with and got me back on the road. My car is running fine and I have more knowledge about how it works.

David and the folks at Madison Automotive are not only true professionals but also have hearts of gold. SCENARIO: on a Tuesday evening we get the call, your brother was running and was struck by a vehicle. He is in North Carolina. We live in Dallas. Storm of the season has tornado warnings in Dallas all over the Mid-South. The same system should be hitting NC the next day. Only option, Drive 16 hours. At 2AM as we near Memphis the van begins to misfire. No choice but to discontinue and wait for a dealership to open up. We go to 2 Dodge/Ram dealerships and are told they can't help or fit us in for 5 days. We stop at a random shop who could help but not that day. They provide two leads. I chose poorly and wasted an hour waiting for the tech who said he could look at it in 10 min. Called David and the folks at Madison while waiting. He offered immediate assistance. Within 2 minutes of showing up he had a tech looking at it. Short story from here he had us on the road with a new fuel injector and some additional engine maintenance work in under 3 hours despite being significantly stacked up with other work. In a world were the tendency is to not believe what the client tells you, David was willing to trust his clients and do the right thing. Thanks to the great folks at Madison and the Emergency Room team we made it in time. Can't THANK and RECOMMEND this shop enough.

We were on the Hot Rod Power Tour that started this year in Memphis. We left Graceland heading back to the Hotel and my car just stopped at a stop light. We were able to get a tow company to pick up the car and bring it back to the Marriot East Hotel. The driver did recommend we call Madison. When we called the person who answered said they had taken care of one person from the tour already but were backed up over 1 week and really could not take us in! Did give us another recommendation. About 20 minutes later, they called back saying the boss would take us in if we could get the car in asap! We called a tow truck and got us to Madison. I believe it was the owner who said he would try and get us back on the road so we could continue on the tour. Using their diagnostic equipment, they found a loose connection causing the motor to shut off! They were able to salvage the bus bar and salvage the main fuse box! They keep me informed every step of the way! This is one very professional and highly qualified shop. While waiting I was extremely impressed in the way they treated customers coming in their door and on the phone. They had me on my way by 12 pm. Satisfied is way too simple a word for my experience. I cannot thank them enough for what they did for me. If you're ever in the Memphis area and need automotive work definitely call Madison! Wareham, MA.

I recently purchased a vehicle from local dealership which had what was thought to be a battery issue. Dealership sent me to Madison they checked batteries which tested out fine but the alternator was bad it was around 4:45 closing time was 5:00. Once they got ok from dealer I had 3 guys under my hood long story short NASCAR needs these guys they had me up and running and I beat 5 o'clock traffic leaving Memphis headed back home. Not only that but these guys committed up front to if it's past 5 so be it 'we are going to have your truck running right before you leave our shop'. I don't go to mechanic shop very often but if I need on in Memphis you can bet it will be Madison !!

Went to two other service centers to get it looked at as it had the 1234 freon in it, and they found and fixed the problem in 2 hours compared to the dealership telling me they would keep vehicle for 3 days and no loaner vehicle for another 3 weeks. Was spendy, but because of the new freon not the center.
