Bright my Infiniti QX 80 in for a diagnostic check. They accessed the vehicle and determined that it needed timing chain replacement. They called and Stephanie gave me the diagonals and the cost of the fix. She was super knowledgeable. Not sure what they’re paying her but it’s not enough. Unfortunately, my car is a 2015 with 187000 miles and it is cost prohibitive for me to fix the car. I will, however, be using these guys again in the future.
